jeremy fleming Jeremy Fleming was appointed CEO of Aotearoa Fisheries Limited in October 2007 following a long career in the forest industry with Carter Holt Harvey Limited. While with Carter Holt Harvey he held a number of senior management roles including Chief Executive of Carter Holt Harvey Forests and Chief Executive of Oxygen Business Solutions, an IT outsourcing and consultancy.

Jeremy has maintained Aotearoa Fisheries Limited's growth with further business and fish quota acquisitions. AFL completed the purchase of Ocean Ranch, AFL's partner in abalone processor Prepared Foods Limited, in October 2008 and has completed purchases of significant parcels of crayfish and wet fish quota. Under Jeremy's leadership AFL has relocated its head office to Auckland and is currently in the process of making changes to its Inshore Division organisation to better align organisation to strategy. He is committed to realizing the full value of AFL's quota through focusing on supplying customers with high value fresh and live seafood sourced from New Zealand's sustainably managed ocean resources.

Jeremy is a director of Sealord and of the seafood industry national body SeaFIC.
